Keith established LUME Interiors after growing frustrated with the typical fit-out model: underbid the project, then inflate costs through hidden variations. Our first employee – ever faithful and commited
Ben is the driving force behind LUME Interiors’ growth strategy as we set our sights on 2030 and beyond. With a strong background in the Design & Build industry, he brings a wealth of experience gained across a range of fit-out projects—both commercial and industrial—before joining LUME to help redefine what great project delivery looks like.
Ben leads our Sales and Business Development teams, working closely with Charlie and Connie to build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities where LUME can add real value. He’s involved from the very start: carrying out building surveys, interpreting complex briefs, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. His strength lies in his ability to simplify technical detail, ensuring every project is grounded in clear, actionable information that sets up our contracts team for success.
Known for his strategic thinking, calm leadership, and relentless attention to detail, Ben continues to develop his commercial and project management skills with the goal of becoming an industry-leading Project Director.
Ben leads our pre-construction team, getting involved from the very first stages—whether it’s a building survey, defining the client brief, or coordinating with subcontractors. His role is to ensure every project starts with clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Translating complex requirements into plain English, Ben sets the tone for a seamless handover to our contracts team—delivering the LUME way from day one.
Charlie is the friendly voice behind our new business conversations. With a calm, courteous approach, he builds relationships through thoughtful, well-timed outreach—never pushy, never over-the-top. No hard sells, no aggressive closing—just honest, respectful dialogue when it matters.
Becky, our designer, brings a wealth of experience, deep industry knowledge, and infectious enthusiasm to the team. She consistently excels in her role, creating designs that clients truly love while skillfully aligning with their budgets. A true team player, Becky collaborates closely with both clients and colleagues to deliver thoughtful, practical, and inspiring solutions.
Mark is heading up our contract management team with focus on service and deliverability
Connie is our shining star in the networking world! Driven by a hunger to achieve and a talent for building meaningful connections, she’s an invaluable asset to the LUME team.
Megan is the backbone of our project coordination. With a sharp eye for detail and unwavering focus on accuracy, she ensures every process and piece of paperwork is on point. Megan keeps the team aligned through her expert management of our Eque2 Construction software—making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Outside of work, she brings the same dedication to the gym, where she’s a committed fitness enthusiast.
Jay, our site manager, is the eyes and ears on every job site. He’s the vital link between our design team and on-site execution, ensuring that every detail is carried out to perfection. With a keen eye for quality, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, Jay keeps projects running smoothly & on time. His calm leadership and hands-on expertise make him an essential part of delivering the seamless LUME experience our clients know and love.
Maria, our junior designer, brings fearless creativity and a vibrant personality to everything she touches. She infuses each project with a distinctive flair that truly sets our work apart. More than just a design magician, her fiery spirit lights up the office—she’s an absolute joy to be around!
